This is an evening to recognize the COPWRA’s rodeo talent, everyone is invited bring their friends & family.

Saturday, October 15th 2022

Prineville, Oregon at Crook County Fairgrounds Indoor Arena                                  

• Doors open at 5:00pm
• Dinner served at 6:00pm
• Award Presentation begins at 7:00pm

Purchase of Dinner Ticket is NOT required to attend award banquet BUY HERE

You will receive your dinner tickets when you check-in at the door for the number of dinners you reserved. Take your dinner ticket with you to the food line.

If you choose to share a plate with you kid that is fine but you will only get one plate, one set of utensils, and regular portions, no seconds.

Dinner tickets must be purchased by October 1st

All contestants must be in Western Attire

Dinner Menu

Sirloin Steaks, Potato casserole, Green beans & bacon, Green salad w/Italian dressing, cut up fruit, Dinner roll w/butter.

Dessert- Texas white cake

Beverages- Tea, Lemonade, Bottled Water

$26 per plate

Alcohol is BYOB, drink responsibly.

Please email in ONE video per contestant, of their best rodeo run at COPWRA in 2022, send by Sept 9th , put contestant’s name as Subject of email kaseyevery@gmail.com  

If you’re willing to help at the banquet, please contact Kasey, always looking for help Friday and Saturday with setup. We need a photographer to take photos on this evening.
