    Online Entries have to be received on or before the due date.  Rodeo Secretary is not responsible for online entries not received by deadline.

    If you have purchased a Membership, you do NOT have to fill out a paper entry form or permit holder card.  You will enter your kids ONLINE ONLY.

    • After entry deadline, entry fees will only be refunded upon receipt of a medical statement due to injury or illness, or under extenuating circumstances at the approval of three (3) board members.
    • Enter your kid in wrong age division and they compete in wrong age division that will be disqualified.

    2026 Rodeos Online Entry Schedule

    ENTRIES OPEN on Monday at 8am and will close on Wednesday at 8:00pm. If you forgot to enter… late entries can be taken online until Friday at 8pm, but you will incur a $25 late fee of per contestant.

    It’s important to note there is a $50 fee for NON notified turnouts!

    May 9-10, 2026  Prineville Monday, April 27th Wednesday, April 29th Friday, May 1st
    May 30-31, 2026 Prineville Monday, May 18th Wednesday, May 20th Friday, May 22nd
    June 13-14, 2026  Burns Monday, June 1st Wednesday, June 4rd Friday, June 5th

    You can enter two ways;

    1. Enter Online and payment will be due at the time of entering. Must enter each contestant  on a separate entry form. MUST HAVE MEMBER ID
    2. Mail in Entry Forms with Payment. Must enter each contestant  on a separate entry form. Can only enter 1 rodeo at a time, no entering all rodeos for entire year. All mail in entries must be postmarked 14 days prior to online entry closing dates. There will be a $25 late fee per contestant if not postmarked or received on time.

TURNOUT FEES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR THE GOOD OF THE RODEO! Contestants must attend 6 of 8 rodeos to be eligible for year end awards and jacket.
