2025 COPWRA Queen – Hadee Keegan Daughter of Rebecca and Kody Keegan of Madras, Oregon. Hadee is a member of Junior High Rodeo Association, COBRA and was the 2024 Madras Saddle and Gaming Club Queen. She is a 14 year old student and an athlete at Culver School District. Hadee also participates in Jefferson County 4-H, showing cattle. Hadee’s team consists of 2 quarter horses, Gracey and Butch. Hadee’s events are Poles, Barrels, Goat tying and Breakaway.
2025 Little Miss COPWRA Queen – Blakely Harwell Daughter of Alyssa and Ken Harwell of Powell Butte, Oregon. Blakley is a member of COBRA and the Rider Riders and participates in local parades. She is 9 years old and student at Powell Butte Charter School. Blakely’s team consists of two geldings, Teddy and Midnight. Blakely’s events are Poles, Barrels and Goat tying.
